A former Region President at Wells Fargo, Brenda led one of the largest banking mergers in U.S. history and oversaw a $12 billion business unit. Today, she brings that same strategic rigor and leadership to the boardrooms of NJM Insurance Group and the National Community Investment Fund, where she applies deep expertise in finance, governance, and risk. She became the first African American female to chair the Board of the Princeton Chamber of Commerce. Alexis Dulan is an investor at Capitalize VC, where she focuses on early-stage investments in e-commerce enablement and consumer-packaged goods. She brings nearly a decade of experience across consulting, tech, and startups, with past roles at Accenture, Slack, and nZero. Her expertise spans customer success, operations, and go-to-market strategy, which she leverages to support portfolio companies in scaling effectively. At Capitalize, Alexis works closely with founders on fundraising strategies and founder development, offering hands-on support to help them navigate early growth and build high-performing, sustainable businesses.

Grace is the Chief Business Development Officer responsible for identifying business and relationship opportunities in the targeted zones as well as strategic partnerships.

With nearly 20 years of marketing, business development and business finance in banking, entertainment and community development, she has extensive relationships throughout New Jersey and with the United Nations and international investor community.
